Flax Seed Oil
Flax Seed Oil is unique in that it contains both Alpha-Linolenic Acid and Linoleic Acid in generous amounts. Alpha-Linolenic Acid and Linoleic Acid are considered essential fatty acids (EFAs) because they are required for human health, but cannot be synthesized by the body. It is estimated that around 80% of the population is deficient in EFAs.
